Amarise Parker Missing – — A body was discovered inside a home in the South Shore neighbourhood on Wednesday, and sources say it belongs to a missing adolescent. After police were called to the 7200 block of South Phillips Avenue in the South Shore, the deceased was discovered inside a home. According to police, the victim was strangled.

Amarise Parker was identified as the victim by the Cook County Medical Examiner. That identity matches an active missing person’s report for a 15-year-old girl who went missing in August of last year. She was supposed to return home the next day, but she was reported missing again on November 26. According to the victim’s family, she is the same individual who was discovered strangled inside the flat yesterday night. She was declared deceased at the spot.

Her grandma and mother are distraught. Parker’s mother, Yahanna Clark, went out in grief on Thursday, praising her daughter as a blessing. “And the person that did this, you need to just give it up because God’s gonna get you anyway,” Clark went on to say.

“But you need to come forward and do the right thing.” Clark stated that her daughter knew someone who lived in the building. She’d been AWOL for a few weeks. Clark claimed she picked her up on this block, but Parker left the residence again the next night, and she was found dead in the same building. “She was a lovely soul,” Clark remarked of her. “Everyone adored her.

Despite the fact that she had been absent, she did not deserve this. She deserved better.” Community organiser Andrew Holmes distributed leaflets in this area, urging residents to come forward with information. A $1,000 incentive is now being offered for correct responses. According to police, a death investigation is ongoing and no one is in jail.
